The Yoga and Surf Frequency is the concept that guides all of our retreats. AT THE CENTER IS WATER. The movement of the waves, the music of the wind and the powerful breath of the sea.
Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, called the Keeper of the Sea, shared that „being near water allows one to access a semi-meditative state known as „drifting”. Drifting is a special form of attention where we are engaged with the world around us but not focused on getting something done.” (Blue Mind, 2014). By being near water we slow down and we pause, we can find stillness and embrace the silence we like to ignore so much. We connect to the sounds and smells, the movement, the light, and for a moment we can only exist.
We combine Yoga, Surf and Ayurvedic nutrition to create fluid and expansive experiences to promote healing and self-love. We want to create a space where you will find your inner voice, a space you will leave feeling full, calm and powerful.
